Day 5
This was our lazy day, hardy any running around. We headed off to wal-mart this morning to do some shopping, as we need some food and things. There was no way we were going to be eating out the entire time here. I will cook for us as I enjoy doing so.
This may sound horrible and it is, but we discovered after not being able to locate our toothbrushes that we left them at Bryan’s house. Todd, did on the other hand confirm that with Bryan last night as I also left behind my face wash, and deodorant. So that was something that needed to be done. We are currently heading down SR 209 towards Stroudsburg. We got to wal-mart got our shopping done for a few days, looked over the PA map and we’re thinking about our next adventure. I think we need to get out tomorrow and travel around if we’re doing that, being it’s a Sunday and not a day during the week.
We’re all just sitting here chilling, Sam’s catching up on some xbox, I’m getting my travel blog going and Todd is reading the paper, and watching TV. What a nice day to chill, it’s been rainy and it’s prefect.
I called my cousin Laurie today – we were when we were young somewhat close. Her Dad my Uncle was my God Father, he dead many years ago. I think I was around 12 then. Anyway she lives her in the Pocono’s and we’re going to meet up with each other during the week, as she works shift work Thursday/Sunday. When I called a little voice answered the phone and I was thinking it was Emma, I was right. My cousin’s baby’s name is Emma and she’s 5.
I also today became a Great Aunt for the 4th time to a baby girl name Makayla – she was born at 12:21pm and weighed in at 7.15
